Richard Martino Dynamic Leader
Overview
Richard Martino is an effective and dynamic leader by building up and building upon the camaraderie of his teammates.
He deftly blends the different personalities of his team to encourage interaction and communication, and
delegates as much as possible to maximize project ownership.
Some of his most challenging accomplishments have been:
- Led 500 volunteers to raise money through church festivals.

Saved hundreds of dollars in CPU costs by rewriting numerical solution of differential equation into IBM Mainframe Assembler.
