If I need to learn something to be productive, I do not charge you.
You do not pay me for my education, you pay me for my results.

Implementation

I make the following offer to any genuine business opportunity in the Tampa Bay Area:

1. I work for a week to ten days for free, then
2. I work for a week to ten days on contingency: if you like my work, then pay me; else you owe me nothing.
3. If you like my work and you paid me, then I work as a contractor, terminable at any time.
4. When you feel comfortable with my work, then hire me as an employee.
